Health insurance
Reimbursable course period
The prevention course lasts 8 weeks. To complete it successfully, you have a maximum participation period of 12 weeks (8 weeks of course time + 4 weeks' extension) from the start of the course. The certificate of participation is issued after successful completion of the course.
The certificate for submission to your (German) health insurance fund is only issued if all participation and completion requirements have been met within the reimbursable participation period.
After the reimbursable participation period has ended, the course content remains available for 12 months for voluntary revision. This access is not part of the reimbursable prevention service and does not give rise to any entitlement to reimbursement of costs or to the subsequent issue of the certificate. Reimbursement is decided solely by the respective health insurance fund.
