Daniel has seen a great deal of the world: he has met different people, experienced diverse cultures, and encountered a wide range of ways of life. He spent many years traveling and repeatedly met people who made him reflect on life after work. Today, he lives on La Palma, one of the Canary Islands.
He is driven by questions such as: What does work really mean? How do you find fulfillment beyond your profession? What makes meaningful relationships? What should you do in your younger years to truly enjoy later life? How do you prepare financially? And what do you actually do with your time when you receive enough money every month? And how do you respond when long-term plans don’t work out?
In short: How do you live a fulfilling life? This is the question that drives him and leads him to dig deeper—into work, health, hobbies, relationships, and everything else life has to offer.
He has experienced it himself: the moment when what you once were suddenly no longer holds. The restart. The silence that follows. The slowly emerging question of who you are without your former context.
Before founding WorkDone.Works, Daniel spent over a decade gaining experience in project management, organizational development, and agile transformation. This ability to bridge strategic vision with concrete execution is what he now brings into building WorkDone.Works.
