Frequently asked questions from companies
Which offer suits us?
That depends on the number of employees close to retirement, your locations and your budget. Many start with the online course for everyone and add the in-person seminar or individual consultation. In the free intro call, we find the right combination together.
Can we start small?
Yes. You can start with a few licences, one seminar or individual consultation packages – for example as a pilot – and expand later.
Who pays?
Usually the company, as a benefit for the employees. All prices are net plus any applicable taxes. You receive the no-obligation quote by email; no payment in the shop is required.
How much effort is it for HR?
Very little. You confirm the quote, inform your employees with our communication package and pass on the access details or order number. We handle organisation, scheduling and delivery.
Do we find out what employees discuss or learn?
No. Entries in the online course and the content of individual consultations remain confidential. You only see how many licences or packages were used.
How long do the offers last?
Online course: 8 weeks at around 45 minutes per week, 1 year access. In-person seminar: 3 days, date by arrangement. Individual consultation: 4 sessions of 60 minutes each.
In which languages?
The online course is currently in German; individual consultations are in German or English.
Is there material to get employees excited?
Yes. With the communication package you receive a roadmap for the introduction, key messages and ready-made texts for intranet, email, managers and notice boards. Flyers and posters are included too.
